Peacefully on January 21st, 2022, at the age of 83 years old, at the Gatineau Hospital. He was the son of the late Samuel Billings and of the late Rachel Billow and the husband, of his first marriage, of the late Carmen Whissell. He was the father of: Gisèle (Yves) and Robert (Marthe); stepfather of: Lorraine, Diane, Jeannine, the late Claude, Lise, the late Pierre, Sylvie and Suzanne. He leaves 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by his second wife Claudette Mongeon.
Interment service will be held in the springtime of 2022, for immediate family only.
